Alkaline electrolyzers

One of the most energy efficient electrolyzers on the market with a cell stack power consumption at 4,3 kWh/Nm3 of hydrogen gas produced, and outputs up to 2000Nm³/h per electrolyzer, pressurized at 20-30 bar.

This is one of the best-selling solutions, fully modularized and can be based on a 10 MW module design. The electrolyzer adopts a bipolar pressure filter structure. The seal gasket researched and developed by PERIC ensures no leakage from the electrolyzer whether in hot or cold conditions. The gas-lye treater is skid-mounted with simple process flow, allowing easy installation, operation and maintenance.

The H2 generator is automatically controlled through PLC programming, with high reliability and remote control. Operator-friendly HMI makes the operation safe and convenient. Initial H2 purity>99.8%; Initial O2 purity >99.2%.
