Metacon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with TruckMaint OÜ based in Tallinn, Estonia.
The common goal of this business relationship is to jointly develop hydrogen related businesses in the Baltic States. The signed agreement is non-binding and the parties intend to enter into formal agreements that specify the respective rights and obligations.
TrucMaint operates in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and is a reseller for Kalmar, Meclift and other brands. They are a cooperative and flexible partner, providing customers with various types of maintenance and repair services.
